Over the past couple of weeks 6 of our students have been on Escape and Pray. The idea is to go to a random European city (which isn’t revealed until you get to the airport) without accommodation or agenda to pray for the students and churches you find there.
The two groups have some amazing stories of God at work; our group went to Zagreb and we were provided for in terms of accomodation and food, we had chance encounters with missionaries, got to pray and worship with a group of charismatic Catholics and got to pray over the city and campus. The other group went to Madrid and were also provided for in amazing ways, they got to speak in a market square about Jesus and joined in with an International Church to do a bible study.
It was amazing the see the faithfulness of God, the generosity and hospitality of the people we met and the courage and boldness of our students to step out on this crazy adventure.
