What is Dreaming The Impossible?
Dreaming the Impossible (or DTI for short) is an incredible youth summer festival just for teenagers in Y9-Y13 (plus youth leaders!). We’ll be going as a group from Defined Youth and joining thousands of other young people to be inspired and equipped to love God, love others and change the world.

The festival runs for 5 days from Saturday 29th July to Thursday 3rd August at Stafford Showground.
It will be a really fun, relaxed week spent camping with friends. Each day, there’ll be main sessions where everyone at the event gets together for high-energy worship, to listen to amazing guest speakers and to spend loads of time hanging out in God’s presence.
There’s also loads of free time where young people can choose from a jam-packed program of events like:
- Sports competitions
- Cafes & Food vans
- Dodgems & Inflatables
- Creative workshops
- Seminars
- Late-night DJs and live gigs

Booking
This event is open to anyone in Y9-Y13.
The total cost will be approximately £150 and this includes a ticket to the event, food, tents and travel to the site. If the cost will be an issue, please do get in contact as we can offer support with this.
At the moment, this trip is provisional. We really want it to happen but it is dependent upon interest levels and the availability of our youth team. Rather than delay until this is certain, we wanted to get the date out now.
The deadline to express interest is the end of the Easter holidays (Sunday 16th April). This is so that our youth team have enough advance notice to book time off from their workplaces to run this trip.

We will confirm the trip will go ahead as soon as interest levels and youth team availability reach the required level. We will provide more information at this point.
*In the event that the trip is not viable, STC Sheffield will fully refund this deposit.
