STC Training

STC Training is for people who want to become more like Jesus, be better leaders and make a positive impact on the world around them.

At STC, we have over 20 years experience delivering innovative and life changing training in discipleship, leadership and mission which has inspired and empowered ordinary people to transform their churches, workplaces and the areas they live.

The training will deal with themes that impact every area of our lives: identity (who am I?) and purpose (what has God made me to do?) and how to turn that in to action (what is God saying? what am I going to do about it?).

As part of the training you are invited to serve with one of our ministry teams: kids, youth, students, prayer and worship or serve in your home church on placement. This aspect of the training will allow you to develop in ministry specific skills, take charge of projects and grow in leadership, as you are coached and mentored by your ministry leaders, and other members of our team.
