We’re so thankful to St Thomas Philadelphia for letting us use their site, and for all the people working hard behind the scenes to make the Sundays at Philly happen, but we can’t do it alone, WE NEED YOU! Could you serve on the day, to help the gatherings run smoothly and safely? We’re forming 2 teams:
Welcome Team – We need a team of 8 people per gathering to help us welcome everyone to Philly and steward people around the site.
Set Up Team – For each of the 3 gatherings we need a team of 8 people who will help us set up and ensure everything is clean and safe to use. This will include moving and cleaning chairs, and cleaning other keys areas of the site (incl. toilets).
To volunteer, please email [email protected] by Tuesday 11th May and let us know which team you’d like to serve on and also if you have a gathering you’d prefer to serve at. You can sign up to serve at one, two or all three gatherings! Whichever gathering you serve at you’ll get a set booked for you too.
