Defined Youth seeks to do the following:
Become a place of belonging, embrace our God-given gifts & make a difference. We believe that we are one body that has many different parts, every part is valuable and needed and no one else can play another person’s part.
Our aim is to establish a community that is: welcoming, centred-around Jesus and seeks to make a difference.
If you’re aged between 11-18, then Defined is the perfect place to come and hang out with your mates, discover more about God and be part of a vibrant and dynamic community that is seeking to make a difference in the places that matter to you.
We love welcoming new people, so why not come along and check out what we do. In the meantime, if you or your parents/carers have any questions about Defined Youth Church you can contact us using the details on this page.
If you’re new, welcome!
You can register your young person or complete a visitor consent form here!
Here’s what we get up to during the week:
Friday Nights (7.30-9pm)
We have two different groups that meet on a Friday:
Year 7 – 9
A fun and enthusiastic community where we love to hang out, play some crazy games, and explore the Christian faith to live it out in our personal lives.
Year 10 – 13
A fun, chilled environment and a great hangout space where anyone can come and share what they really think. We love chatting about faith in Jesus and encouraging each other to live life to the full.
11am - For Year 7- 9, we have Sunday Youth. A chance to go deeper into the Bible, discuss how we can apply it to our everyday lives and grow in community over some breakfast.
7pm - Many of our youth come along to the 7pm gathering later in the evening. This is a great way to meet God and experience powerful collective worship with the church family. The gathering is aimed at youth, students and young adults.
